Prospective Students
General Enrollment
Three Proofs of Residency- (All must be Current)
Must Have:
- Original Lease (Student's Name Shown on Document) / Proof of Mortgage (Can be mortage payment coupon)
- Current utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water) or Cable Bill
Plus One of the Following:
- Other (Driver's License, Bank Statement, Voter Registation, Credit Card Statement, Insurance Company Bill Reflecting Current Address) or another utility bill
A document that shows student's identity, legal name, and age; such as a birth certificate, passport, etc.
Immunization records
Transcript/Withdrawal Form from Previous School.
Parent/Guardian Must provide picture identification.
Social Security Number- Number is necessary in order to track Education Records.
