Directions for Installing Internet Explorer 6.x

1. Click on the button above or click http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

2. Find the text "Download Now" and click

3. On the right-hand side of the screen is a label that says, "DOWNLOAD," followed by a drop-down box that has English selected as the language. If you desire a language other than English for your browser, select it from the list and choose "Go." Otherwise, just click on the "Go" button.

4. After this, look once again on the right-hand side of the screen for the same "DOWNLOAD" label. Instead of a drop-down box underneath this, there is a hyperlink to download the browser. Click once on this link and then choose the option to save the file to your computer.

5. Once the program has been saved to your computer, find it and double-click.

6. Follow the instructions that Microsoft has provided in the setup. Unless you are comfortable with customizing the browser, you should select the "Typical Installation."

Directions for Installing Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0

1. Click on the button above or click http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

2. Next, scroll down on the page and fill in the forms that are provided to you.

3. After completing the forms, click on the "DOWNLOAD" button in the lower left corner.

4. After this, wait for the prompt to download the program. Save the program to your computer.

5. Once the program has been saved to your computer, find it and double-click.

6. Follow the instructions that Adobe has provided in the setup.

Directions for Installing Macromedia Flash Player

1. Click on the button above or click http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer/

2. Click on the "Install Now" button on the Macromedia website and follow their instructions.

Directions for Installing XViD Video Codec

1. Download the XViD Codec from here.

2. Follow the installation instructions.
